Women of Hope Happenings
Your Women of Hope ministry team has planned activities for you! We hope that you will come and join us as we have fun together, get to know each other more personally and grow together in Christ! Mark your calendar.
Como Conservatory Visit - Tuesday, April 16
It’s time to go to a place where one can enjoy the creation of flowers that God has given us to enjoy and get us ready for spring!
We will meet and leave the church parking lot, to enjoy the beautiful array of flowers at the Conservatory at Como Zoo. Admission is free, you can also donate a little money if you’d like but not mandatory. If the weather is nice, maybe even take a walk around the zoo, if any of the animals are ready for us to see them! We will have lunch either at the café there or venture out.
Meet us at 9:30 AM so we can beat the crowd when it opens at 10:00.
Gather Around the Table - April 16
We will Gather Around the Table for dinner at Fireside Restaurant in Rosemount
Meet at 5:30 or as soon as you can get there for an enjoyable evening of fellowship and spending time with our sisters at Hope! This has been a special time for so many of us to catch up with each other!
RSVP to Sue Lloyd by Sunday, April 14 so the restaurant knows how many to plan for.
Devoted Hearts Conference in Rochester, MN - April 26 - 27
The theme is “Living Hope” and the Keynote speakers are Kelly Minter, Kristi McLelland, The Skit Guys, and Dan Mansfield (Music). The Early Registraion cost(until March 31st) is $63 and if you want the Box Lunch, that is an extra $11 for a total of $74. After March 31st the total price goes up to $79. The park offers barbecue grills, canoe launch, disc golf, outdoor volleyball
court, park trail, picnic shelter, picnic tables and playground equipment.
It is a heavily wooded 85-acre park with lake frontage.
